How and when get provider get in touch with me?
The provider will be notifed via email as soon as you make your purchase. You should hear from them within 24hrs booking your appointment. |
Can I change or cancel my appointment time after I book?
You can work with the provider to make changes to the desired location and appointment time. You will be able to cancel your order untill it's been confirmed that the service has been performed.
If you are unsatisfied with the service after it's been performed we recommend working with the provider directly to resolve the issues. If that's not possible you can also contact us directly. We don't guarantee a refund but we will try to address any concerns you have. |
What if the provider doesn't get in touch with me?
If you haven't heard from your provider within 24hrs in purchasing your service, we first suggest sending them a message via their Better You profile. If the provider continues to be unresponsive, you can always contact us to help get connected. |
