Magnesium Body Lotion


Ingredients:


Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate SE, C9-12 Alkane, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Beheneth-25, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Benzoate, Coco-Caprylate/Caprate, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hydroxide, Dehydroacetic Acid, Tocopherol.

Sugar, colours and flavourings, and bulking agents/fillers.

Magnesium Flakes


  • Footbath: Add 150g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
  • Bath: Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase dosage for more intensive treatment or after extensive periods of exercise.


Magnesium Oil Body Spray


Spray directly on to affected areas and massage well into the skin for instant relief from aching muscles.


Magnesium Body Lotion


Gently massage 4 pumps (5ml) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep.


Dosage


  • Magnesium Flakes: 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium chloride.
  • Magnesium Sleep Body Spray: 10 sprays delivers 200mg (57% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
  • Magnesium Sleep Lotion: 5ml of Lotion delivers a minimum of 120mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.

Our magnesium products are designed to elevate and maintain magnesium levels. They are specifically formulated for topical application, allowing quick absorption into the skin. When magnesium levels are low, the magnesium is absorbed through the skin more quickly than when levels are higher, which can cause sensitivity - we call this the 'magnesium tingle.' This is a good indicator that an individual needs to increase their cellular magnesium levels. As levels rise, the tingle will reduce and, in most cases, stop altogether.

Transdermal magnesium is considered safe to use during pregnancy, with no specific restrictions on dosage levels during this time.

However, we recommend consulting with your GP or midwife before starting any supplements during pregnancy.

Of course! Many of our customers (and staff members!) use our Magnesium Body Spray during the day and switch to our sleep versions in the evening to help them relax and wind down. Many also use our Muscle Body Spray after a long walk or workout.
