Magnesium Mind Flakes


Ingredients:


Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus aurantium dulcis (sweet orange) peel extract, limonene, ocimum basilicum (basil) oil, linalool, citral.

Magnesium Relax Flakes


Ingredients:


Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, pelargonium roseum (rose geranium) leaf oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, citronellol, limonene, linalool, geraniol.

Magnesium Revive Flakes


Ingredients:


Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus paradisi (grapefruit) peel oil, limonene, eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) leaf oil.


Free from:


Sugar, colours and flavourings, and bulking agents/fillers.

Bath


Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.


Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.


Footbath


Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.


Sit and relax for 20 minutes.


Dosage


Each 750g bag of Magnesium Flakes contains 90g magnesium.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with one or two sprays and building up gradually. If irritation occurs, stop use.

Our 100% natural mineral sources alternate between the area of Northern Europe, the Dead Sea area and most recently deposits from The Irish Sea. The monitoring technology we continue to use guarantees the finest natural marine-sourced magnesium chloride available and we closely monitor our sources to ensure we use only the most superior form available in your product.

We recommend 375mg of magnesium daily for adults. With transdermal magnesium, there’s no need to worry about overdosing, as upper limits only apply when taken orally, where large doses can have a laxative effect due to its natural relaxing properties.

Toxicity from magnesium is uncommon, as the body eliminates excess amounts, unless there are issues with kidney function.

However, we always advise consulting your GP before starting any new supplements, especially if you're on medication or have any medical conditions.

Our transdermal magnesium supplements have been developed to be applied directly to the skin, so we do not recommend taking them orally.If you are looking for an oral magnesium supplement, we also offer our Magnesium Max Powders, developed with a triple blend of Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Citrate, and Magnesium Malate. Another option is our Magnesium Waters, which feature a unique blend of Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Citrate, and Irish sea minerals.

Unfortunately, this bundle isn’t suitable for use during pregnancy, as it contains our Magnesium Mind Flakes, which include basil essential oil, an ingredient not recommended during this time. Basil is included to help calm and clear the mind.

The good news is we have a range of Magnesium Flakes with other essential oils that support benefits like muscle relaxation and overall wellbeing.
