Plant Based Plastic
All the plastic packaging we have developed is 100% recyclable at home. 80% is derived from a sugarcane source. Carbon-negative by design — our plant based plastics capture more CO₂ than their production and transport release.
Palm Oil Free
We have always been against the use of Palm Oil. Alternatives are available, but palm oil is functional and cheap. It’s also contributing to climate change and devastating essential habitats. There are brands finding different names for it within their ingredients list, which confirms they know it’s bad.
One Tree Planted
Everyone deserves fresh air and the trees so vital to our ecosystem. Our partnership with One Tree Planted means we're contributing to reforestation efforts while providing better nutrition for all.
We commit to removing the same amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere, that we emit as a business.
To achieve this, we’ve partnered with Planet Mark to calculate our carbon footprint and offset our carbon emissions by supporting third-party carbon offsetting projects across the world.
Baby Basics
An amazing charity providing essential care and support for vulnerable families. Whether fleeing domestic abuse, arriving as victims of war or persecution or suffering from shelter uncertainty this amazing charity provides the dignity of child support. We work with Baby Basics annually. In 2024 BetterYou provided 8000 essential nutrition packs for Mother and baby as well as 400 hours of volunteering support.
MILK
Making a stand against nutritional inequity. Infants deserve the best start in life. For some mothers, breastfeeding is not an option. Whether because of the financial pressure to return to work or because they simply are unable to. The current UNICEF legislation restricts Infant formula from being promoted… meaning it cannot be discounted nor can it be given away. BetterYou are proud to have supported Naomi Waring’s BAFTA nominated short film, exposing the inequities of a policy in desperate need of amendment.
