Supporting you through every stage of the menopause

We aim to help women feel empowered and supported nutritionally and mentally throughout their menopause journey.

What is the menopause?

The menopause is a natural process that occurs as people age or is induced medically.

It is characterised by a decline in oestrogen levels, resulting in fewer and eventually no periods. No two experiences are the same and some women find their periods stop quickly, while others it can take months or even years.

We have long championed women’s health and we’re privileged to support thousands of women with their daily nutritional requirements through pill-free supplementation - We aim to make a meaningful difference to how women experience the menopause.

Changes in breast size

Fluctuating hormones can lead to changes in breast size and shape, coupled with weight gain you may start to feel noticeable changes of two sizes or more.
